I am sure that when Kinna perfectly selected the day she would wed the love of her life, she never thought the heat index would be 184°… in the shade. Of course I kid, but it was a hot one! Despite the extreme heat, the lack of even a hint of a cool breeze and the actual heat index of 104°, Kinna and Levi managed to marry each other in front of their family and friends in a beautiful ceremony that incorporated some carefully selected ceremonial treats.

Kinna was an absolutely stunning bride!

And Levi was a handsome groom.

These two started their love story on a dance floor and they proved they were well versed when it came to two-stepping, waltzing, Copperhead Roading, Cha Cha Sliding, Cupid Shuffling, and all the other spinning tricks that are repeated at Texas dance halls every weekend.

Kinna and Levi also “competed in” the most graphic cake cutting I’ve ever documented! Have I mentioned how much fun these guys were?

Kinna was gracious enough to share her thunder for a bit with one of her best friends. She let Kinsey experience a proposal right in the middle of her reception AND managed to keep the entire surprise under wraps. Kinsey had NO IDEA this was going to happen. It was pure joy to watch as Kinna whispered words of love into Kinsey’s ear and then softly turn her around to face her very-soon-to-be fiance.

After the temps finally dropped to about a cool 97°, Levi and Kinna could just not keep their friends off of the dance floor.

Here are a few of my favorite images from the night!

Until next time, be positive, happy, healthy, and don’t forget to be photographed.
