Stellisa and JR are two people who have easily and seamlessly meshed their lifestyles together. Both love the outdoors and everything about it. I couldn’t imagine a better fit for either. This was the second of their engagement sessions and they showed up like ol’ pros. Since we had already covered shotguns, trees and hunting, we opted for water, sand and fishing for this beach engagement session. We met bright and early for a sunrise session on the beautiful Texas coastline.
JR and Stellisa single-handedly selected both of the locations. As the sun rose, we watched fishermen putting their boats in the water. While a few fought to get the engines started, we watched and we {secretly} laughed. Stellisa and JR, in their complementary Columbia fishing shirts, got close and nestled in for a few playful shots. Then, Stellisa made a quick change as we moved to a gorgeous beach house and pier right on the channel. It was a perfect morning for a perfect couple.
Today, marks 12 short days until their big, magical day. I can’t wait to document their eternal love. I can’t wait to capture images that will preserve this family’s history. I am very excited to be able to share this day with soon-to-be Mr. & Mrs. Seguin.
Until next time, be positive, be happy, be healthy, and don’t forget to be photographed.
