Laura and Jordan’s CW Hill Country Ranch wedding was perfect in a lot of ways! The weather was perfect, the venue was perfect, the cordon bleu was perfect, and the DJ was jamming! The first look with dad was perfect, the ceremony was perfect and the sparkler exit was timed just right. The sunset that ended the day was perfect.

But most importantly, their love was perfect! It was shining through each and every part of the day! Each time their eyes rested on each other, even if only for a brief second, their faces instantly lit up.

See!! Look at the love in Laura’s eyes as she looks at Jordan during their ceremony. I love this image! If I was forced to pick just ONE favorite from the day, this might be it.

Laura looks so incredibly happy and so incredibly in love.

This was probably my favorite moment of the day. Jordan was briefly overcome with emotion right after they exchanged vows. He even made me shed a tear or two behind my camera. I had to resist my motherly urge to go over and give him a big ol’ hug.

Jordan seems elated after the ceremony that Laura is finally his wife. I can literally feel the happiness just falling off of these two.

Each time I had the pleasure of being in Jordan and Laura’s company, Jordan was always such a gentleman to Laura. What a lucky lady! It is evident that Jordan’s mom and dad taught him the value of chivalry.

Laura and Jordan opted for a short, private portrait session following their wedding ceremony. We were able to get a few great, romantic shots of the the newlyweds immediately after saying their I dos.

Laura and Jordan even ended the night looking at each other the same way… with love-filled eyes.

The only thing that was not perfect for Laura and Jordan was the plans for the best man. Originally Jordan’s brother, Jackson, was scheduled to fill those shoes. However, he was busy filling other shoes… issued by the U. S. military. Prior to the ceremony, Jordan was able to Facetime with Jackson and that was actually one of highlights of my second shooter’s day. Fred really enjoyed capturing that part of the day for Jordan and Laura (and Jackson) and I’ll agree, those images are filled with joy.

Oh! Adding to the list of things that were perfect on October 8th, 2016, Jordan’s beard was perfect! All day, I joked with him and Laura that he was looking like Justin Timberlake!

Here are a few of my favorite images from their special day!

Be sure to check out Laura and Jordan’s engagement session and Laura’s bridal session. If you’d like to see more images from this October Texas wedding and reception, please enjoy this video.

As with all my wedding clients, I hope Laura and Jordan enjoy and very long, happy, joyful marriage filled with many, many moments that make them eternally grateful for their marriage to each other.

Until next time, be positive, happy, healthy, and don’t forget to be photographed.
